Stepping back to 1946, McLaughlin portrays Bess Streeter Aldrich in period attire. Mrs. Aldrich was born in Iowa but lived her adult life in Elmwood, Nebraska, where she wrote and published 160 short stories and 13 books.

Workshop on Artificial Intelligence

Beginners and experienced crocheters alike, come to the library and crochet together!  Bring your own supplies, and a snack if you like.  The library provides the space, and the attendees help each other as much as they can.

Books for the current month and a schedule may be picked up from the display table in front of the 1st-floor service desk. 

Todd Pedersen will explain how to brew kombucha at home.   Kombucha is fermented tea and can be found in the health food section of our local grocery stores.
